Common questions
- What if I go over the item limit?
- Nothing is lost. Existing items stay visible and usable; you just cannot add new ones until you upgrade or deactivate some.
- If I stop paying, do I lose my data?
- No. The account becomes read-only after a grace period. You can see and export everything; you just cannot create new bookings until you renew.
- Do you charge per user?
- No. Each plan has a number of seats. Seasonal staff come and go without the bill changing, as long as you stay inside them.
- Do you issue invoices?
- Yes. Billing runs through Stripe and the receipt is sent automatically. For a business invoice, fill in your company details and VAT number in Settings before paying.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Freemium is free forever for one location and 25 items, with no card. It is enough to run a small season and see whether it suits you.
